Three Days Grace 2019

After not being able to see them in 2018, I was uplifted to hear Three Days Grace was coming back to the Netherlands the following year. Three Days Grace has always held a special place in my musical heart. They were one of the first bands I discovered on my own. 11-year-old me was scrolling on the then relatively new YouTube platform. I came across many "AMV" (animated music videos). Many of those happened to have Three Days Grace songs played over them. I remember coming across Never Too Late and falling in love with the music.

Anyway, the concert. It was amazing! The set was a good mix of their entire discography. Matt Walst's voice was on point, Barry Stock was killing it on the guitar, and they played all the classics. There was also a little acoustic section where they played some slower, more intimate songs. All in all, money well spent! Fun fact: both Matt and Brad Walst have Dutch heritage, which was quite nice to find out.
